Day to Day:
Insight Global is searching for a NOC Administrator to join a team at an academic medical system in Oklahoma City. This person will work alongside 2 other noc analysts while monitoring the noc/network system for the hospital. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of expereince and is available to work an on-call schedule. Every day starts with monitoring Big Panda and the Catalyst Center. The team has a daily morning meeting to discuss ongoing tasks and any new issues. Throughout the day, ServiceNow is used to manage tickets, which can involve a wide range of tasks, ensuring that the team is always ready to tackle anything that comes their way.
